The dates receiving season starts July and lasts till end November. To accommodate all requests and inquires from the farmers, Al Foah has establish a call center with 800 5551 as toll free number to provide the following services:

Booking appointments for delivering the dates and returning the crates.
Inquires about payments installments status and other inquiries.
Provide Farmers with guidelines and processes on Palm tree cultivations.
